The congress will offer a wide range of learning formats including keynote speeches, symposia, discussion panels, networking sessions alongside poster, platform and rapid 5 presentations. There will be also a large exhibition packed with national and international exhibitors

Congress speakers

We are delighted to confirm Michael Brennan, Chief Executive of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, as our Founders’ Lecture 2016 speaker. Dr Emma Stokes, WCPT President and Associate professor at Trinity College Dublin, has been confirmed for the same session. Professor Kari Bø, Rector of the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences will bring her expertise in fitness and women's health as a keynote speaker.

Clinical visits - no more spaces

Due to popular demand, the clinical visits taking place on Thursday 10 November are now all fully booked. We are sorry not to be able to offer any more places for these trips.

Welcome reception and Congress dinner

All delegates are warmly invited to the welcome reception at St George’s Hall from 6-8pm on Thursday 10 November.

The welcome reception is free to attend.

The Congress dinner takes place at The Rum Warehouse at the Titanic Hotel on Friday 11 November, where guests can enjoy a three-course meal and entertainment from the leading Beatles tribute band, The Mersey Beatles.
